WHAT’S HAPPENING
UPCOMING EVENTS
Colossians 2:12-14 Brothers and sisters, When you were buried with Christ in baptism, you were also raised with him through faith in the power of God, who raised Christ from the dead. And when you were dead in trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive together with him, when he forgave us all our trespasses, erasing the record that stood against us with its legal demands. He set this aside, nailing it to the cross.

This Prayer has been forwarded to us by a Development & Peace committee member and we ask you to pray for our brothers and sisters in Ukraine:
Our Father
Our Father who art in the life of all humans who seek justice because they love their brothers and sisters and because they are your servants.
Hallowed be thy name by all those who stand up for the life of the poor and the humble, who have faith and hope in you, who fight for the respect of their dignity.
Thy kingdom come, thy reign which is freedom and love, brotherhood and justice, right and truth.
Thy will be done, you who are freedom for the prisoners, appeasement for the afflicted, strength for the tortured, liberation and life for those who suffer from violence.
Give us this day our daily bread, the bread of equality and joy, the bread of our word and education, the bread of land and shelter, the bread of food and medical assistance.
Forgive us for not knowing how to share the bread that you give us, forgive our lack of faith and courage, when out of fear, we keep silent.
And lead us not into temptation that makes us conform to the powerful of this world, and that makes us believe that we are powerless to change anything.
But deliver us from the evil within ourselves who invites us to keep our life for ourselves when you invite us to give it. Amen

Spiritual Act of Communion Prayer
My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love you above all things and I desire to receive you in my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally,
Come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace you as if you
were already there and unite myself wholly to you.
Never permit me to be separated from you.
Amen
